The installation process was so easy due to the very informative video’s on your site. It only took a couple of hours from the time we started to finish including removing the old awning fabric.

I ordered a 15-3 awning and got a 16-3

The videos for a dometic install are very good with one exception - There are nuances of adjusting the fabric tension at the non-moving end (trailer side) that affect how the articulated arms retract into the full 'park' position. Those might be detailed in the install instructions, but I didn't find it, had to look around on youtube to understand why the arms were canted fore and aft.

The material feels like Quality. After a few classes at Tough Tops You Tube University for replacement. I felt confident that I would be able to complete the installation. Material arrived in good condition, and on time.
