Purchasing and Shipping Procedure

 

SHIPPING PROCEDURE
  • We offer FREE shipping on all awnings to the lower 48 states only. We currently do not offer free shipping to stand-alone accessories.
  • If a customer has any “time constraints” please contact us and we will try and work within them.

  • We ship UPS. Once a shipment is entered into the UPS system, UPS will email customer with their shipping and tracking information.

 

WARRANTY
  • 5 year from the date of purchase, No Questions Asked against manufacturer defects! Rips and tears that cause deformities in the fabric are clear examples of abuse and will not be treated as a warranty item. * Shipping fees may apply on warranty items.


REFUNDS:
  • If we make an error we fix it.

  • If you make an error we will work with you to reconcile the issue.

          *This does not pertain to customer choosing a wrong color
          *We are more than happy to mail color samples before buying.

  • We do not accept returns as these are custom made products.

  • Tough Top Awnings is not responsible for any damaged caused by you or a 3rd party during installation of your awning(s)

     

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
  • An order can always be cancelled prior to its actual production.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

  • All communications between Tough Top Awnings and any prospective customer is private and is not shared with anyone.
